Good Morning Parents! I know it seems early but we have already been busy behind the scenes planning for Summer Swim 2024!! 

First off, I would like to introduce our 2 new leauge representatives; Angie McMasters and Liz Hilderbrand. They have been attending league meetings and helping us get organized for this summer. Thank you for stepping up and helping the team. 

The leauge is having a meeting this  Sunday, February 4th, where we will decide the dates/times for our championship swim meet. We would like our parents input. Please reply back to this email by 11:59 pm on Saturday, February 3rd with your top pick for the championship meet date.

 Our options are: 

1. Sunday, July 7th at Birkdale with an 8:00 AM start time
2. Tuesday, July 9th at Cowans Ford with a 4:30 PM start time
3. Monday/Tuesday, July 8th/9th at Cowans Ford with events split between the 2 days.

Our tentative swim meet dates for 2024 are as follows: 

• 6/4 Cowans Ford buy week
• 6/11 Birkdale @ Cowans Ford
• 6/18 Cowans Ford @ Stephens Grove/Latta Springs
• 6/25 Stanley @ Cowans Ford
• 7/2 Cowans Ford @ Westport
• Make up rain dates will be on Thursdays

We will be hosting a parent information/registration meeting Mid March. Date and times TBD. 

***New this year...We have decided to add team sponsers. If you would like to advertise your business and  sponser our swim team, we will have have a few levels to choose from. Sponsership will include your business name on the backs of shirts, banners and on our Swim Team website as outlined below. Please reach out with any questions. 

• Bronze: $150-499 Logo on back of shirt and website
• Silver: $500-999 Larger logo on shirt and website with business name on Cowans Ford Banner
• Gold: $1000+ Largest logo on shirt and website with an individual banner
