Hello Parents!

Please see the notes & schedule below for tomorrow's meet against Birkdale.  

Deck: Kids will sit with their parents on the deck, Birkdale will have the side of the deck closest to the parking lot plus the end of the pool that is opposite the blocks - kids will sit with their family. Cowans Ford will have the side closest to the veranda/kiddie pool and around the side of the pool that is opposite the blocks.  

Parking: Parking is limited, carpool if you can. Main parking is across the street. *Parking raffle winner spaces will be marked with a cone/sign 

PLEASE DO NOT have kids enter the club house.  We will offer concessions for sale outside.  Parents may enter as needed.  

Timing of events:

4:45pm Facility open to swimmers

5:00pm Volunteers begin check in

5:00pm Cowans Ford warm-ups

5:25pm Birkdale warm-ups

5:30pm ALL officials meeting includes Timers, S&T and starters on the veranda

5:45pm Cowans Ford child gather and clerk of course meeting on the veranda

5:45pm All volunteers in their place

5:50pm Events 0-2 lined up behind the block/or opposite end of pool and events 3-4 lined up in clerk.

6:00pm prompt Start

Heat sheets and meet entries coming Tuesday morning.

Additional Reminders:

***Team shirts are in!!!  Please stop by and pick up at practice this afternoon or swing by tomorrow before the meet.  We will have them ready on the veranda.                        - If you have not paid your dues yet, payment will be due when picking up your child's shirt.  No payment=no shirt.  

- If you pre-ordered spirit wear online, those orders are in as well & can also be picked up on the veranda at practice this afternoon.  Or tomorrow at the meet.
