Our next meet, Tuesday 6/18, will be an away meet at Stephens/Latta Grove:                                         6101 Stephens Grove LN, Huntersville, NC 28078

Meet Start - 6 p.m. 

Warm Ups 

• CF - Warm up 5:30 - 5:55 / Call time 5:15PM

• Swimmers need last names on their backs! Swimmers will remain in the swimmer area - do not sit with parents! 

Our volunteers line swimmers up 3-5 events ahead of time; they do not have time to search the deck for swimmer. Please send your swimmer to the swimmer area! 

Volunteers Thank you for volunteering!!! We appreciate you! Check in with Autumn Watson when you arrive on deck. Check-in 5-5:40PM inside the entrance gate, under the awning near the lifeguard room.

Timers Meeting 5:45 - Meet under pavilion 

Stroke & Turn Judges 5:45 - Please meet and discuss lane coverage and guidelines - under Pavillion 

Concessions - 2 Food Trucks

**The clubhouse is for our computer personnel only. The Stephens Grove deck will include a standing only area and deck space for chairs this year. 

**Please see attached map and please be gracious if you are asked to move by a volunteer.

Parking Stephens Grove may have a policeman directing traffic to ensure smooth flow. Please park ONLY on the pool side of Stephens Grove Lane. Please do not block driveways.

Please have your swimmer wear their team suit - photos begin promptly at 5:30PM.  

After photos: we will have pizza, games and free swim.  Swimmers are free; $5 each for non-swimmers/parents.  We hope to see you there!!
