League Parking Auction:

Officially starts on June 26th at 12p and ends on July 5th at 12p: https://www.32auctions.com/championship2024

Meet Timeline:

Volunteers please check in by 7:15am
7:30 Child gather and Clerk of coarse meeting
7:30 All officials meeting

Warmups: Please have you kids at the pool and ready to swim 15 minutes prior to warmups!

CF: 7 - 7:15
Birkdale:715-730
LSG: 730-745
Westport and Stanley 7:45-8

*Prompt start at 8:15am

Saturday, July 6^th

-Parents can tent set up any time after 3pm

-Each teams need own child gathering tent for field

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!! We need YOU! We are the host team for Champs this year meaning we have more volunteer positions that are required to be filled. Please check out the jobs section in SwimTopia and sign up for a shift! Reminder that families should have at least 3 volunteer points for this season- we have quite a few families currently with 1-2 volunteer points and the time is now to get that third required shift before the end of the season!

Additionally, we have volunteer points for anyone who can bring a pop up tent (and set this up & anchor it) starting anytime Saturday after 3pm through Sunday morning at 7am. We are required at least 1 tent for team clerk but would like several to go over our swimmer area and protect the kids from the sun. These signups are also located in the shift volunteer area for the meet. Any questions, please reach out to Autumn Watson 704-877-8152 (text preferred)

Additional Reminders:

• All Cowans Ford team merch will available for purchase @ 25% off!  Grab yours before the season ends!! 
• 50/50 Raffle is CASH only - all proceeds will go to the league for this meet
• We will also be collecting funds via cash or Venmo for our end of season coaches gift - help us show our appreciation to all of our coaches for their hard work and dedication this season!! We will present them w/this during our awards night. 

**Our end of year awards party will be Wednesday 7/10/24!!  We hope to see everyone their to celebrate a successful swim season!!
