Hello Parents!

We'd like to officially welcome everyone to the 2025 season!  Currently we have 90 swimmers enrolled for this year, and looking to grow that number.

Our parent meeting is scheduled for Wednesday April 30, 2025 6:30PM-7:30PM at Cowans Ford, in our meeting room.  We hope to see everyone there!! We're happy to answer any questions you have about the upcoming season, anything in this email, and to share what we have in store for this upcoming season.  

Stroke and Turn Judges Needed!

We'd like more volunteers for stroke and turn judges this year: our team is the only team in the league that seems to struggle with this and it's actually not hard.  You just have to attend one of two virtual meetings to get certified for the season:

1) Tuesday 5/6/25 @ 7PM 

2) Saturday 5/10/25 @ 9AM

**This would satisfy your volunteer role for the season!!

**Deadline for pre-orders is Thursday 5/23/25 - all preorders will be delivered by 6/10  & available for pickup at the club during practice.  We will let everyone know when orders are in.  

**We have new items this year - including team towels, men's work-out shirts, etc.

This year we are utilizing the remind app to communicate with all of you more effectively, and in a more timely manner.  For example, if weather causes a practice delay or cancellation, we can push a text message notification out.

***When you declare your swimmers, please make sure to sign up for your volunteer role at that meet!  Meets cannot run without volunteers.
