Good morning Crab Parents!

I re-opened the job sign ups this morning as we currently still have FIVE job shifts open and not filled as of this morning.

If you have swimmers that swim past event 36- please consider signing up for one of the open shifts for tomorrow night. Positions needing filled:

2nd Half Clerk of Course- Need TWO. This role stands behind the starter and sends kids out to the blocks to line up for starter. Child gatherers bring the swimmers to you- Cowans swimmers only (opposing team clerks their own swimmers)

2nd Half Head Timer- stands on the side of the pool and starts two stop watches for each heat. If one of the lane timers has an error in their stop watch (doesn’t start, missed the start buzzer, etc) head timer gives them one of the watches they started so the lane can still clock a time for the swimmer.

2nd Half Lane Timer- need TWO- starts stop watch with an opposing team parent and times the swimmer in the assigned lane for each event. Typically lanes 1-2 and lanes 7-8 end early for second half due to low numbers of relay teams and Fly swimmers. 

Jobs are currently open and must be filled today. There are additional positions remaining for Thursdays meet as well (Ten total open shifts).
