Hello Parents!

I apologize for the delay in getting this out, as the heat sheets just came in first thing this morning.  Please read the full email, as there is a lot of information. 

June 10th Meet VS Stanley

Location: CFGC 761 Club Drive, Stanley, NC 28164

Parking 
Parking will be in our main lot or across the street, wherever you can find a spot.

Warm Ups

Cowans – Warm up 5:00-5:25PM

Stanley - Warm up 5:25-5:50PM

**Please make sure all swimmers arrive by 4:45PM to ensure you can park, get set up and your swimmer will be ready to begin warm-ups promptly!!

Swimmers (see attached)
Please mark your swimmers: event – heat – lane AND swimmer names on their backs! **Please note, we have an event 0, for the 6u mixed free relay. This is not a mistake, please mark your swimmer accordingly.

Deck 
Cowans will have parents and swimmers set up on the pool deck closest to the club

Stanley will have parents and swimmers set up on the deck side closest to the parking lot (opposite side of the club)

Concessions
CFGC will be providing concessions food & drinks. One of our valued sponsor's, Rita's Italian Ice, will also be onsite. Cash or card is accepted.

1&2, 5&6, 7&8, 9&10, 38&39, 40&41, 42&43, 44&45, 46&47, 62&63, 64&65, 70&71, 72&73, 74&75

Volunteers
Thank you for volunteering!!! Check in will begin with Autumn Watson at 5:15 - 5:45PM on the veranda.  

If you are volunteering, please avoid adult beverages before & during your shift. Please email Autumn Watson: [email protected] immediately if you have any schedule changes.

5:45PM – Timers & Stroke & Turn meeting – on the veranda

5:55pm Events 0 lined up behind the block / or opposite end of pool and events 1&2 lined up in Clerk

6PM Star Spangled banner and immediately after Event 0 starts
