June 29th Champs Meet @ Birkdale

Location: Birkdale 8519 Devonshire Dr., Huntersville, NC 28078

Start Time: 8:15AM

Warm-Ups:

Please have your swimmers at the pool and ready to swim 15 minutes prior to warmups

Birkdale: 7-7:15
CFGC:715-7:30 **Please arrive no later than 7AM for prompt warm-up start
LSG: 7:30-7:45
Westport and Stanley 7:45-8 

Parking (see attached map)
PARKING at Birkdale will be dicey! Please bring your patience. Please feel free to drop swimmers, chairs & supplies at the pool then return. If you plan to drive, please note the parking signs on the street for where to park and where not park.

**Champs includes all 5 teams - you will likely have to park & walk

We will not be setting up the pool deck for this meet.  Please see the attached field map for our team's location on the field outside of the pool deck, by the tennis courts.  

**You may bring tents, fans, etc. to help keep cool.  It will be hot - bring plenty of water to stay hydrated! 

Heat Sheets & Event Sheets (see attached for marking your swimmer)
The attached heat sheet is the initial version, for reference.  A finalized version will be sent prior to the meet. 

Food: 

The coffee truck will be joining us again this year. 

7AM: Dunkin Donuts breakfast sandwiches and donuts

11AM: Jimmy John's subs and Chick-Fil-A nuggets 

**Regular concessions will also be available 

Volunteers
Thank you for volunteering!!! Check in will begin with Autumn Watson at 7AM. Please see the attached field map for the volunteer check in location. 

If you are volunteering, please avoid adult beverages before & during your shift. Please email Autumn Watson: [email protected] immediately if you have any schedule changes.

**We still need to fill ALL of our 2nd half positions.  We are required to fill this for the meet!! 

T-shirt vendor:

We will have a specialty t-shirt vendor onsite with special, limited edition champs league gear.  Swimmers names can be also printed on the back of any shirts, etc. They will have multiple people working their tent this year! 

We look forward to an exciting final meet of the 2025 season!  We are so proud of all of our swimmers, and their parents, and especially our coaching staff, for all of their hard work and dedication this year!  We also can't wait to recognize or seniors!!
