Good news! We will be swimming this week!! Tomorrow and Thursday will be a combination of dryland + swimming.  If the weather prevents us from swimming Thursday we will try to do all dryland.  

Don't forget to download the Remind App so we can send updates in real time. You can also text: @cowansford to 81010 However, if you don't download the app to your phone you may miss messages. 

Westport Meet

Next week's meet is officially open! Go declare your swimmers!!  Registration will close at midnight 5/26/26. Meet volunteer sign ups can be completed here as well.
