Good morning!

If you are receiving this e-mail- you are currently signed up to fill a volunteer role for tonight's swim meet for Cowans Ford @ Westport. 

Please double check your volunteer assignment and reach out to me immediately via text 704-877-8152 if you have an unavoidable, last minute conflict. I ask that you first please reach out to your friends and/or family to attempt to cover your shift as we cannot proceed with starting the swim meet until all roles are completely checked in. 

5:00pm-5:30pm- ALL volunteers please check in up on the veranda with me to get your volunteer sticker and additional materials you may need for your role.

5:45pm Timer and Stroke and Turn Judge Meeting- this is held on the pool deck near the Starter for all volunteers and is led by Westport to show volunteers who the Head Timer is (incase needed) and review the starter so you will know exactly what to do when.

****** IF you are a 2nd half volunteer and will not be to the swim meet by 5:30pm to check in with me as a volunteer- PLEASE send me a quick text message to let me know that you will not be there for normal check in time but will be coming afterwards so I'm not panicked- I will call you :)

All On-Call Volunteers must check in and be ready and available to fill a spot incase of emergency. You will only be put into an emergency spot for the half you signed up for as an On Call if needed. 

Thank you all for your time and communication- I'm at work uptown all day today and will be coming in rapidly right at 5pm to begin checking in volunteers.
