⏰ Schedule & Warm-Ups

• 4:00 PM — Doors open and Set-up Volunteers Arrive
• 5:00 PM – 5:30 PM — Birkdale Warm-Ups
  • 9 & 10s: 5:00 – 5:10 PM
  • 11 & Up: 5:10 – 5:20 PM
  • 8 & Under: 5:20 – 5:30 PM
• 5:30 PM – 5:50 PM — Cowans Warm-Ups
• 5:40 PM — Officials & Timers Meeting (1st & 2nd Sessions) (Gather in the clubhouse)
• 5:55 PM — Event 0 athletes line up behind the blocks; Events 1 & 2 report to Clerk of Course
• 6:00 PM — Meet Starts Promptly

📋 Volunteer & Parent Reminders

• Check-In: All volunteers must check in by 5:00 PM (unless your specific role dictates otherwise). The volunteer table will be near the entrance for both teams.
• Safety: If you are volunteering, please absolutely avoid adult beverages before and during your shift.
• Swimmer Prep: Please arrive with your swimmer's Event-Heat-Lane along with First and Last Name clearly marked on their back. Reference pic attached.

🚗 Parking & Logistics

• Drop-Off: Please feel free to drop off swimmers, chairs, and supplies at the pool first before parking. Birkdale families please consider walking/riding bike.
• Street Parking: Please bring your patience! Refer to the attached map for designated street parking areas. Signage will also be posted on the street to guide you. Important to note Devonshire St. (where pool is located) parking in only on poolside of street.

🎪 Deck Layout & Team Areas

Feel free to bring tents, chairs, and coolers. Please keep walking paths clear for coaches/swimmers and do not move any ropes or facility chairs.

• Birkdale Team Area: Set up on splash pad side closest to street.
• Cowans Team Area: Set up on the deck side closest to the playground.
• Clerk of Course: Under white pergola on eat team side.

🍔 Concessions

Cash and cards are accepted at the Birkdale Concessions tent:

Clean Eatz: Wraps - The Arnold, Bang Bang shrimp, Epic Chicken, and Pizza plus kid cups of Mac n Cheese

• Chick-fil-A 8-piece Nuggets
• Pizza (Peperoni and Cheese by the slice)
• Chips, Candy, Soda, & Water
• Special Guest: Concetto’s Italian Ice 🍧

• Parking: Street name and parking designation on street
• Birkdale Clubhouse Parking Lot (limited spots)
• Devonshire - pool side of street - no parking on bridge
• Cockerham Ln. - Pool side
• Stonemont - Pool Side
• Agincourt - Golf course side
