Good morning and Happy Father’s Day!

The upcoming champs meet volunteer slots are now available. This year with us splitting the meat into Friday night and Saturday it’ll be significantly less time in the sun, but we need double the volunteers. There are several families who still need a volunteer credit or two per the registration requirements for children to participate in Champs.

On the job sign-up, each job is clearly labeled whether it is a Friday night job or a Saturday job. Please pay close attention to the day and time in case you do not have a swimmer that is swimming both days.

As a reminder, the only things that are swimming on Friday night are: 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14 and 15/18 Medley relays, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, 13/14, and 15/18 freestyle relays, hundred meter free and all ages IMs. The 6 and under mixed relay is SATURDAY.

The below volunteer positions are available and posted- we are required to fill these positions. If you had already signed up for the on call volunteer spots for Champs- you have been assigned roles for the day you selected. 

FRIDAY

• Clean up- 2
• Clerk of Course- 2
• Computer input- 1
• Child Gatherer- 2
• Heat Ribbon Runner- 1
• Ribbon Sticker - 1
• Timer- 3

SATURDAY

• Bathroom and Trash Monitor- 1
• Clean Up- 2
• Clerk of Course- 2
• Computer Input- 1
• Child Gatherer- 3
• Ribbon Sticker- 1
• Runner- 2
• Timer- 2
• Stroke and Turn- 2
